Dr. Beverly Creasy talked to us about options with professional objectivity and caring compassion…She was amazing. I felt like I was going through that very difficult and emotional experience with a family member rather than a person I never met. And the techs…followed her lead and could not have been nicer… There are not enough words to describe the good feelings my husband and I have about them and how they treated us…We are so grateful for your clinic.”

3.13.2011 “…on a very busy night, we were waiting our turn when a man began to berate [your receptionist] over apparently…a discount for which he was not eligible. Diane was the best example of grace under fire I have seen in a long time. She was patient, calm…and continued her unflappable work even when he continued to push his complaint. The waiting room was packed and all the front desk staff were very busy, so for her to be able to keep her cool and remain polite and professional was amazing. …[She] just like all the front desk staff, is a jewel…her and her colleagues kindness when our furry families are sick (and even when they are just there for something routine) doesn’t go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.”
